Our accomodation is not adapted for disabled people with wheelchairs. The Villa,
as Apartments „Lavanda“ and „Maslina“ are ground floor leveld and over few steps

- A damage deposit of €300 (for villa) is required upon check-in.
- A damage deposit of €150 (for apartments), is required upon check-in.
- The deposit is fully refunded 3-7 days after check-out, under condition that there was no damage to the property.
- If these damages are greater than the deposit amount, owners have the right to demand the payment of the remaining amount in cash on site.
- After confirming the reservation, we will send you a payment confirmation of 50% deposit
- ** After received payment (it is necessary to provide payment document ), we will send you a reservation confirmation.
- The remaining amount of the stay should be paid on the arrival day in cash or two weeks before arrival or via transfer on a bank account.
SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY IN CASE OF COVID 19 PANDEMIC:
- There will be 100% refund for cancellation of reservation in case of a TRAVEL BAN.
- Note: in case of activation of the travel restrictions or suspension of flights for a period of less than 14 days before the arrival of the guest in the accommodation, there will be 100% refund.
- 100% refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 100% refund for cancellation of reservation more than 60 days before the check-in date.
- 0% refund for cancellation of reservation less than 60 days before the check-in date.
- In the pre- and post season (April 1 - May 31 and September 15 - October 31) the minimum stay are 5 nights for Stone house and 3 nights for apartments.
- In the main season (June 1 - September 15) the minimum stay is 7 nights
- Deposit payment (50% of the total amount) on a bank account
- Remaining amount should be payed in cash at arrival or to our bank
